Our Policies
Cancelations
Salon Sultry requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate those on our wait list and ensures our stylists do not lose valuble appointment times. Cancelations outside of the 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment in order to re book a new appointment.
Late Appointments/ No Shows
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame or will impead on another clients appointment. All attempts will be made to reschedule in a timely manner. If we do not hear from you 15 min into your appointment time and or you fail to cancel your appointment it will be considered a “no show” and you will be required to pay 50% of the services that were scheduled. We understand that things happen, therefor we will give 1 grace appointment a year for last minute cancelations, scheduling changes and no shows.
Deposits
All new color appointments require a $100 non refundable deposit. Once the service is performed, your deposit will be credited toward your total service cost. If the appointment is canceled outside of the 48 hr cancelation window or is no showed, the deposit will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
At Salon Sultry, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things may not turn out as expected, but in order to maintain our quality standards and continue improving our services, we have implemented the following no refund policy:
1. **No Refunds**: All services provided are non-refundable. Once a service is completed, we do not offer cash or credit refunds.
2. **Opportunity to Correct**: We pride ourselves on our ability to meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer you a complimentary correction service to ensure you are happy with the results.
3. **Limitations**: The complimentary correction service is applicable only to the original service. For example, if you received a haircut and are unhappy with the length, we will work with you to correct that. However, if you seek a different style or service entirely, standard pricing will apply.
4. **Appointment Required**: Any correction service must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in corrections are not guaranteed.
5. **Feedback Welcome**: We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. This helps us improve our services and ensure client satisfaction.

Children
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests and we also care about the safety of your little ones. We kindly ask that you leave your children at home during your appointment to ensure that everyone, including yourself, can relax and enjoy their self care. If your child is also recieving a service while you process, we ask you book those with shorter appointments. We find most kiddos tap out around 1 1/2 hours.
**Please remember, when receiving hair services at our salon, it's important to be aware that we utilize various chemicals and products that can potentially cause color staining or transfer to personal items. We recommend wearing older clothing and avoiding bulky items such as turtlenecks and jackets, as these may come into contact with hair color. Additionally, if you wear glasses or frequently use your phone, please be mindful of how these items might interact with hair treatment products and hair color. Please do not touch any tools on a stylist's station, as they could be hot and cause severe burns. Salon Sultry is not responsible for any staining or damage to personal items during your visit.**
